Officine Ruspa, located in Turin, made accessories for motor vehicles and were known for ornaments and inserts for wheels. A Fiat 1100/103, specially prepared by Ruspa with their products, was awarded first prize in its category in a competition at the Concorso di Eleganza of Saint Vincent in 1953.
