Bulleri, founded in Pisa in 1931 by Alberto Buller, constructed a two-stroke engine with two horizontal cylinders side by side. The cylinders were made by DKW and each having a displacement of 136 cc, so that the total displacement was 272 cc. The inclined flanges converged toward the flywheel, enclosed in the casing, in an area separate from the two chambers of lateral tendons that turned the crank at 180 degrees. The exchange, located around the crankshaft and a three-speed transmission. There is no evidence that they ever been built a motorcycle in series.
