1920 - 1924
Officially, the brand Vaghi (Motovetturette Vaghi SA) was founded in 1922, but was in 1920 at the Milan Motor Show three small cars from "Ditta Ludovico di Mezzi Boltri, Ganna & Cia" were presented. Because of the very positive response to the car, it was decided the Motovetturette Vaghi SA would build the model in series production. The Vaghi had a two-cylinder V-engine, 970cc, 12hp and a 3-speed transmission with reverse and drive shaft. Production stopped and the company closed in 1924 because of financial problems.
