Attilio Franco was well known in the beginning of the century because of his victory in the Targa Florio. Franco gave his debut in 1908 as a designer at the Motor Show in Turin, where he presented a prototype built in his workshop that was established in Milan. In 1910, only after moving to a larger factory in Sesto San Giovanni did Franco boost production numbers. The lineup included a basic model with 35/50 hp chain drive. 1914 production continued.
