Cavicchioli was an Italian motorcycle manufacturer that in 1923 that created a special 349 cc engine. This engine had piston with the normal size with a much smaller diameter than the actual normal piston. The second piston sat in the cylinder head, and did the opposite movement. It sat between the combustion chamber with the two pistons. On either side of the cylinder was a spark plug. The fuel mixture inside the cylinder to two flow up the channels in the upper piston.
