ASPI (Attrezzature Servizi Pubblici Industriali) build engines for a project for Salvatore Nacci. The motorcycle had a 125 cc boxer engine with a four-speed gearbox and shaft drive which was presented at the show in Milan in 1947 but not go into production.
Instead, the company produced an auxiliary motor that was built on a number of bike specimens. This to two stroke micromotor weighed 7 kg, had a displacement of 48 cc, chain drive and was placed laterally to the rear wheel hub.
