Felice Buzio was a racing driver, who scored with a race car from Diatto and Isotta Fraschini with considerable success. Together in 1909 they formed the company Restelli & Buzio C. and began designing bicycles and engines for aircraft. A year later the two founders separated. Restelli continue working in the same sector of aircraft engines, but also dealt on a small car project alongside.
