Lucertola used the Fermi SA created 1948 American prototype model that was designed in Treviso, presented for the first time in 1949 at the Milan Fair model. The spyder used a four-cylinder engine developing 14hp from an engine capacity of 358cc. This model later was followed by a 650cc prototype. A series production was never realized.
