They initially built air-cooled 125 cc two-stroke rotary engine, designed by engineer Aroldo Trivelli from Milano, with valves that were used mainly in karts. Later he built over the engines so they were suitable for motorcycles. In 1976 he built the Tau TVR engine with six-speed intended for road racers.
