1905 – 1906
Ricordi e Molinari was an Italian automotive manufacturer based in Milan with operations in 1905 through 1906 founded by Gino Molinari and Max Ricordi. The father of Max Ricordi was a car dealer in Milan and sold and serviced under license German and French cars. The new company is now designed a small car with a 1-cylinder engine with 8 hp power for city driving. But this project was not to succeed and the company was sold a year later to the production facilities of Serpollet Italiana.
