Until 1921 the brothers Francesco and Orsete Garanzini built motorcycles together (probably under the brand name Verus). Then they built as Oreste & Garanzini, Garanzini-JAP, while Francesco used the MGF brand name. He built 248 cc, 348 cc and 498 cc Blackburne side and overhead valve engines and a three-speed transmission. Each model was produced in a Touring and Sport versions.
