MBA was a motorcycle home Italian founded in Sant'Angelo in Vado in 1975.
The MBA (acronym for 'Morbidelli-Benelli Arms, then 'Moto Benelli Arms) was born at the end of 1975 in order to produce for the private Replicas of the victorious Morbidelli 125-250 by GP, and to continue the work of Morbidelli at official level.
History
The house Marche life will be full of statements on the track between the 1976 and 1987 the MBA win 8 world titles in 125 , 14 Italian championships, 7 European championships and 17 national championships all over the world, creating a rich gold albo particularly in Class 125, which at the beginning of 80s was almost a "single brand" MBA.
Among the drivers who ran (and won) with the two-stroke engine of Sant'Angelo in Vado remember Pier Paolo Bianchi (World Champion in the 1980 ), Eugenio Lazzarini (iridescent in 1978), Anton Mang, Bruno Kneubühler, Walter Villa, Paolo Pileri, Ricardo Tormo and Luca Cadalora.
In his fifteen years of work by modern plant MBA left about 700 motorcycles for private richiestissime worldwide. However, several technical and managerial problems brought to bankruptcy in 1990, despite several attempts to diversify the production and contacts to establish collaborations with Gilera and Sachs: But these actions were not productive.
