There were four companies under the same name producing motorcycles throught the years.
- Rondine (Melegnano) - Ditta Prinelli & Co.., Melegnano (1923-1928). Made small motorcycles with 98 cc Train engines.
- Rondine (Pavia) - S.p.A. FIMLE, San Martino Siccomario, Pavia (1951-1954). Used 124 and 147-cc two-stroke Sachs engines.
- Rondine (Vigevano) - ex-driver Alfredo Copeta MV Agusta & Co.., Vigevano - began in 1968 the construction of both a cross and road race models with 49 cc engines. The production was limited and lasted until about 1973.
