ARCA is based in Pomezia (Roma), was a known manufacturer of caravans and campers, the market presented a rather unusual product. It was based on the Fiat 900E trucks but made with synthetic integral body panels like a large camper. There was only enough space for two people and without the convenience of a bathroom. The strangeness of the product was evidently clear even to the company, who chose to call it the Mascotte, perhaps it might be expected, as it was sold in very small numbers. At least they had the idea and foresight of making the smallest vehicle of its kind.
ARCA S.p.A. is still in business today building campers and RV's with custom to order interiors.
