O.C.M.A.-Devil S.p.A. had a short life span from 1953-1957 and was founded in Bergamo, Italy.
Under the O.C.M.A. brand the same machines were sold and were built under the Devil name. The headquarters was in Milan (Devil Moto, Milano), but the factory was in Bergamo. Produced were 123cc up to 244 cc two and four stroke blocks including a 173-cc ohc racing version though the racing was not very successful. There was also a motorcycle with a 250 cc engine.
