Prinetti & Stucchi a company based in Milan with many years of experience constructing sewing machines. In 1898 began the production of automobiles and motor-driven tricycles. In the year 1900 a four wheels model was launched; constructed by a young engineer and legend in the automotive industry: Ettore Bugatti. Shortly after, Bugatti emigrated to France. Prinetti moved back to Italy in 1902 and renamed it Stucchi & Co., only the Stucchi brand name were on the models. 1906 production of Stucchi vehicles was abandoned.
