1921 - 1927
Molaroni (ocietà Anonima Industrie Riunite Fratelli Molaroni) built motorcycles in Pesaro, in 1921, by the Molaroni Brothers. The engine was a 300 cc two-stroke with a vertical single cylinder. The cylinder and piston were rod iron and on the steel to nickel head, the roller bearings and crankshaft were one piece. The transmission was a Sturmey-Archer two-speed chain driven, with the clutch set in motion by the pedal. The company also produced a model with a two-cylinder horizontally opposed two-stroke with 600 cc engine. The same car, with some modifications, was produced until 1924, when they were presented with a new type of silencer, disk brakes on both wheels and a three-speed gearbox.
In 1925, Molaroni built a four two-stroke model, they were called the C, CS, D and DS. The first two had 300 cc engines, while the D and the DS had a 344 cc. At the end of 1925, it was announced that the formation of the Company Moto Molaroni and the launch of a new model, a single-cylinder four-stroke vertical of 350 cc with distribution valves in the head, a three-speed trasmission and a tubed frame with shocks on the front fork. The Touring speed was around 85 km/h, the Sport was at 105 km/h and the E Special 125 km/h. In 1925, the company moved to a new plant in Bergamo in 1926. They released a vertical single cylinder 350 cc engine and interesting technical characteristics. The last models rolled out in 1927 and Molaroni closed its doors.
