Oscar manufactured motorcycles and was located in Rastignano (Province of Bologna) had produced mainly mopeds between the '60s and '70s. It is considered the progenitor of the type of motorcycles called "tuboni".
The production included the Oscar College, model equipped with a monomarcia engine Morini Franco 49 cc. The Oscar " College Mister " using the same chassis but the College set up an engine, always Morini Franco, FM 4M four gears. The model for 'Italy took a carburetor Dell'Orto 14/12 and developed a power, second code, to 1.14 HP at 4400rpm. There was also an "Export" with the carburetor Dell'Orto 19mm capable of about 4.5hp at 5,000rpm. The "MisterCollege is considered the first moped type tubone, proposed in the market.
The two models in question had not shocks, so in the early '70s, the first version of the prototype that, in practice, had only a difference with the in the suspension and the rear luggage carrier integrated into the chassis. This model was very successful and led the houses to leave competitors with similar mopeds. Even this model versions were "coded" and "export".
In 1975 was improved with new front suspension and a new engine with Morini Franco tested "Turbo". The swan song of the House emiliana was the production of a prototype 110cc unfortunate two-stroke engine which used the chassis of the old 50 with two "fins" on the side tank to increase its capacity.
Was not successful, although it was not half contemptible, but a motorcycle like this, with plate, was not the favors of the public who chose to address the 125 most "motorcycle ".
In the 80s the Oscar Motorcycles ceased production.
