1954 - 1955
General economic upturn in the post-war years lured a number of industrial companies to try their luck in the automotive sector. Among these companies included the Milan based company, Panther (diesel) and in 1954 launched two vehicles. Simply constructed two seater, 520cc (diesel) model and a 480cc (petrol) model.
The series production of the diesel and petrol model would be produced by Rumi in Bergamo.
1955 - 1957
In 1955 Panther became Industria Sammarinese Costruzione Automobili and the production of the front wheel drive was launched in 1955.
