BPM was founded by company partners Malasagna Pinerolo and Emilio Malasagna who were brothers and at the end of 1920 were dedicated to the production of motorcycles. BMP in 1924 had a motorcycle model that had either a cylinder two-stroke 250 cc and 350 cc engine, transmission gearbox was a 4-speed with gears mounted on ball bearings and a transmission belt.
