1934 - 1950
Moretti, not to be confued with the Moretti car company, was founded by Giovanni Moretti in 1934. Giovanni Moretti started building motorcycles in Macerata, using Ladetto, DKW and JAP engines. In 1946 they produced a 125 cc dual overhead camshaft with an oval frame designed by Angelo Blatto, followed by a 250 cc. In 1947 a 250 cc two-cylinder opposing valve in head and transmission shaft appeared, and was sold under the name of Erfim.
