Luca Baldisseri

Head of Track Operations, Scuderia Ferrari

Luca was born on 11 December 1962 in Italy. Luca joined Ferrari in 1989 as a gearbox development engineer for the Scuderia. Gradually he moved up to trackside engineering in 1995 before becoming the chief race engineer in 2004. With his years of extensive experience, his current role sees him as focal point of all technical matters trackside and race strategy at every race.
