The Minardi M194 was a Formula One car for the 1994 season. It was introduced at that year's Canadian Grand Prix to replace the Minardi M193B.
The number 23 seat was taken by Pierluigi Martini. The number 24 seat was taken by Michele Alboreto. The team's test driver was Luca Badoer.
The engine was a Ford HBC7/8 3.5 V8.
The team didn't have a main sponsor this year.
