LaMonza Motorsport Country Club

LaMonza Devolvement, LLC has announced plans to build the LaMonza Motorsport Country Club in Worth County Iowa, just 7-miles south of the Minnesota boarder and located on Interstate I-35 next to Diamond Jo Casino. On July 9th, 2007 the Worth County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to approve the zoning change requested by LaMonza, LLC which will allow LaMonza to move forward with the development of its Worth county facility. Scheduled to begin construction in the Winter of 2007 the private motor sports facility will feature two road circuits that may be linked into one 2.9 mile road course, a NHRA quarter mile drag strip, and a 20,000 square foot club house complete with the Grand Prix Restaurant, and the Daytona Bar & Lounge. Other amenities will include private on-site garage condo’s, retail shop and service center. LaMonza will be offering 350 individual memberships and 50 corporate memberships (date to be announced).
