Fiat 132 was a large (and midsize for Argenta) sedan automobile, produced by Italian Automobile producing company Fiat from 1972 to 1981. An updated version of the 132, called Fiat Argenta was produced from 1981 to 1985.
Fiat 132 (1972-1981)
It was introduced as a replacement of the Fiat 125. However, the Fiat 132 looked more like the larger Fiat 130. In 1977, the 132 saw a major facelift. Then, it became the 'flagship' of its range. New, plastic bumpers were introduced to the model.
Fiat Argenta (1981-1985)
The second facelift of Fiat 132 in 1981 came with a new name for the model. Fiat 132 was updated and renamed "Fiat Argenta". Other introducements were the new trim, mirrors and square headlights. In 1983, the Argenta was facelifted. It remained in production until 1985.
