Iso was a small Italian automobile manufacturer from 1953 to 1978. The firm originally built scooters and two-stroke motorcycles, but later turned to luxury sports cars.

The first commercial success came with a three-wheeled bubble car named Isetta. The licence was sold to BMW in Germany, VELAM in France and Romi in Brazil; Isetta was also built in Britain. From 1961, the focus changed to building luxury sports cars in limited numbers. The cars were powered by Chevrolet V-8 engines and the bodies were designed by Ghia and Bertone.
