1905 - 1912
Guaraldi, founded in 1905 and located in Lodi, produced a model with a 4-hp Fafnir motor. This model was a sidecar combination version, because the passenger sidecar was connected by means of a crank and a chain, becoming an auxiliary motor, if the bike had difficulties in overcoming a steep slope.
In 1912 there were vertical single-cylinder models with 2.75, 2.95 and 3 HP. The following year, Fafnir engines with 2.25 HP 293 cc vertical single-cylinder with high-tension magneto ignition and 3.75 hp and 4 hp were used. These had clutched three-speed gearboxes and a total displacement of 499 cc. Later came Saroléa engines to 550 cc.
