1921 - 1925
Officine Meccaniche Galbai began producing motorcycle's in Tradate in 1921. The first bike had a single 276 cc cylinder two-stroke engine, "auto" blending lubricants, a chain driven transmission, three-speed, front shock suspension. In 1933, the company entered the Grand Prix in Monza with a 348 cc single-cylinder, two-stroke engine. The 500 cc class bikes had a V-twin-cylinder 492 cc engine. In 1923, the Galbai had a two-stroke engine with 301 cc. The bike was sold with a Bosch magnetic dynamo. Beginning in 1924, and the production of a new 350 cc two-stroke, two-speed transmission model was the beginning of the end for the company.
