Breda was a giant in the metal industry and decided to build a motorcycle powered with a structure similar to that of an Autocycles made in England. With a two-stroke engine of 65 cc, a sheet printed frame and inserted in the tank montante front, no rear suspension and front fork with a parallelogram. Despite the industrial power of the Breda company, it did not have great success and the motorcycle was never produced in series.
