Lucertola used the Fermi SA and created the 1948 American prototype model that was designed in Treviso, presented for the first time in 1949 at the Milan Fair. The spyder used a four-cylinder engine developing 14hp from an engine capacity of 358cc. This model later was followed by a 650cc prototype. A series production was never realized.
