'''FAM''' (''Fabbrica Auto-Moto veicoli Srl'') based in [[Pesaro]], was an [[Italian]] [[motorcycle]] brand, created in 1950 when [[Giovanni Benelli]] had disagreements with his brothers and started his own factory with his sons ''Luigi'' and ''Marco''. 

[[Motobi]] '''FAM''' initially called ''Moto'' and ''B'', built machines from 98 cc to 250 cc which were mostly scooters. In 1954 the company was renamed [[Motobi]]. In 1957, after the death of Giovanni the lead taken by his sons Marco and Luigi. 

In 1961 the declining motorcycle market drove the brothers back to [[Benelli]] but retained the leadership of the [[Motobi]] plant where the brand was still being used. When [[Alessandro De Tomaso]] in 1972 took over the brand [[Benelli]], the [[Motobi]] name disappeared.
